Results of The 2011 Battle of the Christian Bands

The night was beautiful, the Knowlton Mansion was sublime, the music was positively awesome and the Conroy Catering was delicious.

Every band was a winner and sometimes less than a fraction of a point separated the bands after the judges and the audience ballots were tabulated, but we had to award the prizes:

First Place: ASHLYN

Second Place: Freely Captured

Third Place: House of El

Honorable Mention: The youth band that won our hearts
and had a great professional sound, Endurance

Two of the best bands in the world: Headstone 118 and Have Not Love

The biggest winner was the kids at St. Christopher's Hospital.
We raised over $500 thanks to all of you

Top prize was 6 hours of professional studio recording time {about 2-3 professionally recorded songs}, free mastering, and 100 cds of the recordings with laser text print on the cds. We will also send your professional cd to major Chrsitian publishers. Musical equipment and gift certificates to the runners up!

Welcome to Lighthouse Ministries First Annual Battle of Christian Bands to Benefit St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, Philadelphia, PA.

Our goals are first and foremost to make everyone aware of the number of child abuse cases involving children. Secondly police and investigators need the support of children hospital's such as St. Christopher's of Philadelphia, PA .

With over 2500 Child Abuse Cases Annually in Philadelphia, PA, alone, St. Christopher's Hospital for Children assist investigators in many ways but mostly with their medical knowledge and how they treat and comfort our victimized children.

Lighthouse Ministries recognizes the importance in what hospital's such as St. Christopher's mean to investigator's, the community and our children.
