Lighthouses is partnering with Kids At Crossroads to bring the program, "We Can Shine", to inner city kids 'at risk' at the Penn Treaty Middle School.
Fishtown
The kids involved with "We Can Shine" assist the neighborhood association around the school in the area of Fishtown, by picking up trash and helping to keep the neighborhood clean.
